Day 3 – Deep Relaxation

Now that we have laid the foundation of our meditation practice by creating spaciousness and mindfulness in our mind, today we will use this focused awareness to move through each and every part of the body to relax it.
Relaxation is a natural byproduct of mindfulness.  By taking your focused awareness into the body, the body naturally softens and calms.  Today’s meditation is my all-time favorite type of meditation.
