- Staff – One of the greatest experiences of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by a dedicated staff. The Villa has a team of professionals led by a long-serving manager who also acts as the villa’s spiritual advisor, arranging the temple ceremonies that form part of the day-to-day rituals.
- Chefs – The villa’s private cooks are trained in local and international cuisine and are in charge of the market shopping and preparation of all guest meals. They will happily prepare dishes from the villa’s suggestion menu, as well accommodating special requests and dietary requirements.
- Cleaning – Attendants look after the daily cleaning and tidying requirements at the villa.

What began as a journey into yoga transformed into a journey of adventure, truth, courage, risk, intuition and the pursuit of meaningful discourse. Delving into the complexities and pleasures of different cultures these past ten years while seeking out and initiating meaningful philosophical discussions has led Dorion to be in the company of great thinkers, seekers and explorers. The path of truth and yoga have woven for her a diversely colourful carpet that has taken her to all four corners of the world.
While trained and experienced in a number of styles of yoga, Dorion’s teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga yoga system. With fifteen years of experience as a practitioner and eleven years observing the practice through the lens of being a teacher, Dorion shares her knowledge in a compassionate manner always striving to meet each practitioner with grace. To delve into the tradition of Ashtanga yoga, Dorion spent over two years practicing at the Shri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. Dorion has since been gifted the official blessing to teach by the current director of the school R. Sharath Jois. She is one of a small number of people worldwide given the distinction of being an ‘Authorized’ teacher by KPJAYI.
Since 2005, Dorion has carried an international teaching schedule in Asia, Europe and Indonesia. She is responsible for creating and developing existing Ashtanga yoga mysore programs, group classes, in depth workshops and yoga retreats all over the world. She also has an ongoing private clientele who she continues to work with via online forums and in person when she returns to Paris and Hong Kong.
With adventure, curiosity, faith and a gigantic sense of trust guiding her way, Dorion continues to pursue learning, exploring, and refining her personal truth. A dig deep, jump far, take risks, ride the wave kind of woman, she continues to delve further and wider into her pursuit of beauty, joy and truth. For her, it really is all about the journey.
