We have learned how to use meditation to float and feel your way along your spiritual path towards this ultimate freedom of samadhi. It all happens by connecting you to your sacred space within. Some days it is easy. Other days it is incredibly difficult.
Now, today, we will explore the final step of the yogic system, samadhi. Samadhi is enlightenment, freedom, liberation, and heaven.
