Day 2 – Be Here Now

Become present with mindfulness.

This meditation is all about connecting to what Echart Tolle calls “The Power of Now”  There is a power and a peace that lives when we are mindfully in the present moment.

In this meditation, we use breathwork to train the mind in focus and concentrate on the here and now.  In yoga, this technique is called pranayama, breath awareness.
